Colonel Michael Tilly During Civil War in Liberia
October 1990, Monrovia, Liberia --- Colonel Michael Tilly, leader of the "Death Squad," a faction of President Samuel Doe's Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL), stands among his troops in Monrovia.
